Prices and Availability: All prices are indicated in euros and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer and credit or debit card. Payments on behalf of third parties are not accepted; the card or bank account from which the payment is made must be in the name of the person registered in our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be shipped using reliable postal or courier service providers. Shipping insurance is included in all shipments at no additional cost.

We ship to the following countries within the European Union: Spain (excluding Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden.

We also ship to the following European countries outside the European Union: Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

We ship worldwide to the following countries: Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, United States, and Canada.

We do not ship to areas of the aforementioned countries with special customs conditions. Any purchase with a delivery address in these areas or in countries not listed above will be rejected and the amount will be refunded.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times
The delivery time will never exceed one month from the date the order is placed, except in exceptional cases. Some products in our catalog are available for pre-order. If your order includes one or more pre-order products, the delivery of the entire order may be delayed until these products are available and have arrived at our facilities. The specific delivery time for pre-order products is indicated in the product description in our online catalog.

Delivery Responsibility
The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as customs issues or transportation delays.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Due to current regulations regarding the purchase and sale of investment metals, we do not accept cancellations or returns of gold and silver products, except in the cases expressly provided for under applicable law and the conditions set out in these terms.
