3. Purchase Conditions

Purchase Procedure: The customer must follow the steps indicated on the website to complete the purchase. This includes selecting products, adding them to the cart, and providing the necessary payment and shipping information.

Prices and Availability: All prices are indicated in euros and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer and credit or debit card. Payments on behalf of third parties are not accepted; the card or bank account from which the payment is made must be in the name of the person registered in our store.

Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the purchase details.

Company’s Right to Cancel: The Company reserves the right to cancel any purchase suspected of illegal, fraudulent, or any other type of activity that does not comply with laws or good manners.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be shipped via Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos S.A. S.M.E.. Shipping insurance is optional and may be contracted at the customer’s request.

We ship to the following countries within the European Union: Spain (excluding Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden.

We do not ship to areas of the aforementioned countries with special customs conditions and/or where customs clearance is required. Any purchase with a delivery address in these areas or in countries not listed above will be rejected and the amount will be refunded.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are broken down based on the destination and the weight of the package. Below is a detailed chart with shipping costs for both Spain and other European countries:

Shipments to Spain

0 to 5 kg: €12.00

Additional kg (from 5 kg onwards): €1.50

Shipments to Europe

0 to 5 kg: €50.00

Additional kg (from 5 kg onwards): €3.50

Delivery Times

The delivery time will never exceed one month from the date the order is placed, except in exceptional cases. Some products in our catalog are available for pre-order. If your order includes one or more pre-order products, the delivery of the entire order may be delayed until these products are available and have arrived at our facilities. The specific delivery time for pre-order products is indicated in the product description in our online catalog.

Delivery Responsibility

The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as customs issues or transportation delays.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Due to current regulations regarding the purchase and sale of investment metals, we do not accept cancellations or returns of gold and silver products, except in the cases expressly provided for under applicable law and the conditions set out in these terms.

Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee that all our products are authentic and of the highest quality.
Product Quality: All products undergo quality checks before shipping.

Failure to provide the requested information may result in the rejection or temporary suspension of the order.

In certain cases, and strictly in accordance with applicable regulations, funds may be temporarily held without shipment of the goods until the required verification procedures are completed.
