Cancellation Policy

Due to current regulations regarding the purchase and sale of investment metals, we do not accept cancellations or returns of gold and silver products. This policy complies with the following regulations:

Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 25 October 2011, on consumer rights, in particular Article 16 (b), which establishes exceptions to the right of withdrawal for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control.

Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in particular Article 103, which includes exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

These regulations exempt the right of withdrawal for contracts related to the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control, as is the case with gold and silver.

However, the company may accept cancellations if deemed appropriate. In such cases, a charge of 15% of the order value will be applied as administrative expenses, in addition to the difference in the fluctuation of the asset from the date of purchase to the date of cancellation. The customer will not benefit from market fluctuations in any case.

Failure to pay for the order within 3 days of placing it will result in automatic cancellation of the order under these same conditions. Additionally, the customer may not be able to make purchases from our store in the future.

Therefore, all sales of gold and silver products on our website are final, except for the aforementioned exceptions.



Return Policy

Silver bullion coins and/or bars may, and often do, present defects such as milk spots or some type of mark. These manufacturing and minting defects are not considered grounds for return.

Returns will only be accepted when the company has sent a product different from what the customer ordered. In this case, the company will cover all collection expenses at the address where the initial order was delivered, as well as the new shipping cost. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with its certificates, if any. If the product is not in these conditions, the company reserves the right to return the incorrect piece to the customer and not refund the amount.

If the company suspects an attempt of fraud or malicious behavior by the customer, such as trying to return a counterfeit coin, funds will be withheld and the product will not be sent. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in the event of detecting fraud attempts.
