Unless it’s not specified all our coins are new, without defects and under good conditions.

Defects are considered to be lifted paint or scratches on Colored, Antique, and Prooflike pieces. Fingerprints are also considered defects on bullion pieces.

However, milk spots or minting scratches are not considered defects on bullion silver.

NotreVoute has an internal policy of not handling the pieces, and in case of force majeure, if a piece must be handled, it is always done with gloves.

Whether the coin comes with COA and Box or not, it is clearly stated on the product page.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the serial number of the coin and/or the COA number.

We use SSL encryption (https://) on our website, including customer account identification and order processing. This means that your personal data and payment information are always 100% protected.

We ship our orders from Spain. All shipments are sent directly to your address. All Postal Service shipments are provided by Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos S.A. S.M.E., always with declared value and insurance.

We ship to the following countries within the European Union: Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden.

We do not ship to areas of the aforementioned countries with special customs conditions and/or where customs clearance is required. Any purchase with a delivery address in these areas or in countries not listed above will be rejected and the amount will be refunded.

The delivery time will never exceed one month from the date the order is placed, except in exceptional cases. Some products in our catalog are available for pre-order. If your order includes one or more pre-order products, the delivery of the entire order may be delayed until these products are available and have arrived at our facilities. The specific delivery time for pre-order products is indicated in the product description in our online catalog.

We will send you an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated once your order is shipped.

Your package is guaranteed all time (mandatory) . In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, we will resend your order (subject to availability). If the lost item is no longer available, We will refund the amount to the same payment method used.

We accept payment by card and bank transfer in euros.
